This recipe for a raw cacao energiser smoothie produces a delicious creamy and chocolatey breakfast drink that will keep you going for hours. It's delicious, healthy and a breeze to make. A perfect way to start the day or drink it as a post workout boost.
Place all the ingredients into a power blender and whiz for 20 to 45 seconds or until smooth.
750 ml raw milk, 1 large banana, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp raw almond nut butter, 2 tbsp rolled oats (porridge oats), 1 tbsp cacao nibs
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Notes
