An easy to make simple dessert that's really quite delicious. It's a healthier version of chocolate pots but stands up well as a dinner party dessert. You'll find yourself coming back to it again and again.
Melt the chocolate and date syrup in a medium sized bowl suspended over a pan of hot, but not boiling water.
100 g milk chocolate, 1 tbsp date syrup
As soon as the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat. Give it a good stir until everything is combined and smooth.
Stir in the yogurt and orange liqueur.
200 g Greek yoghurt, 1 tbsp orange liqueur
Pour into two individual bowls and decorate with milk, dark or white chocolate shavings.
Eat straight away or will keep in the fridge for a couple of days.
