Warm the milk in a pan to just below boiling point.
200 ml milk
Spoon the white chocolate into a mug, then measure the matcha and sift it in. Sifting helps to stop the matcha clumping together when liquid is added.
20 g white chocolate, ½ tsp matcha green tea powder
Pour in the milk and whisk. A mini whisk is useful for this.
Alternativley use an electric milk frother to mix and froth the drink at the same time.
Dust with a little matcha powder and enjoy.
Notes
