Peanut Butter, Banana and Chocolate Tortilla Wrap Hack
This tortilla wrap hack is a super simple way of creating a mess-free, easy-to-handle, layered tortilla sandwich. It takes two minutes to toast and the melted chocolate helps hold everything together. Enjoy this healthy, yet delicious snack as a dessert or even for breakfast.
Spread the first quarter with 1 ½ tsp of peanut butter.
Add the sliced bananas to the second quarter.
Spread the third quarter with the rest of the peanut butter.
Scatter the chocolate chips over the final quarter.
Fold the first peanut butter quarter over the bananas, then fold this over the second peanut butter quarter then fold over the chocolate quarter. See images in post.
Toast, chocolate side down, in a non-stick frying pan over a medium hot heat for 45 seconds to a minute.
Flip wrap over and toast for a further minute.
Cut into two pieces and eat straight away.
