  • 750 ml kefir
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp rose syrup or 3 drops Holy Lama Rose Drops for a no-sugar alternative
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • Your choice of superfood powders - optional. I added 1 heaped tsp baobab and 1 heaped tsp purple corn powder

  • Place all ingredients into a power blender and blitz for around 30 seconds, depending on what blender you're using. For the Optimum Vac2 Air Vacuum Blender, use the vacuum function followed by the smoothie function.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy.

Can serve 4 to 8 people, depending on what size glasses you use.
Will easily keep for 48 hours in the fridge without separating if the vacuum function is used.
