Blueberry Kefir Smoothie
An easy fruity summery smoothie with floral notes. It's both nutritious and delicious.

Servings: 4 people
- 750 ml kefir
- 200 g blueberries
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp rose syrup or 3 drops Holy Lama Rose Drops for a no-sugar alternative
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- Your choice of superfood powders - optional. I added 1 heaped tsp baobab and 1 heaped tsp purple corn powder
Place all ingredients into a power blender and blitz for around 30 seconds, depending on what blender you're using. For the Optimum Vac2 Air Vacuum Blender, use the vacuum function followed by the smoothie function.
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Can serve 4 to 8 people, depending on what size glasses you use.
Will easily keep for 48 hours in the fridge without separating if the vacuum function is used.
