A twist on the classic Whisky Mac. The water of life combined with the fruit of the tree of knowledge spiced up with some warming ginger makes for a perfect winter cocktail.

- 45 ml Scotch whisky
- 55 ml pressed apple juice
- 20 ml Stone’s ginger wine
- Ice cubes
- Slice of apple cut crossways
Combine all ingredients, except for the apple slice and give a good shake. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, use a glass jar with a well fitting lid instead.
Strain into a martini or bowl shaped glass.
Float the apple slice on top, and you're good to go!
Multiply the recipe as required.
