Who is the plan for?
It doesn’t matter whether you are an old hand at eating a vegetarian, diet or are just getting started, this menu is for you. If you’re looking for more vegan meals, you’ll find a few of those too.
What does the plan include?
The plan includes breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas for every day of the week as well as a sweet treat for each day. Some are vegan, all are vegetarian.
