New made in Africa bean to bar chocolate from Madagascar. I tried two of the MIA @miaflavour bars : 75% dark chocolate and 65% dark chocolate with almond & coconut. Both have the distinctive buttermilk’s notes I associate with good Madagascan chocolate. Food with thought is the ethos and food with flavour is my verdict.
